TD Bank Beach to Beacon 10k Road Race

2012 Registration Details

To register please log onto www.Beach2Beacon.org at the appropriate time. This will be a Registration Only page and the rest of the website will not be accessible. 

The race fees for 2012 are as follows:

• 10k Road Race: $40
• 10k Wheelchair/handcycle: $40
• Kids Fun Run: $5
  *plus online fee

Cape Elizabeth Residents Only Opens Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 7am EST

• Online registration opens for Cape Elizabeth Residents only.
• First come, first serve. 
• Limit of 600.  We anticipate this will fill in minutes. 
• Cape Elizabeth Resident Verification
  • The credit card billing address must be a Cape Elizabeth address. Addresses will be verified by race organizers to ensure Cape Elizabeth residency.
  • Any non-resident attempting to register as a Cape Elizabeth resident will be rejected.
  • Please note: Anyone who successfully registers as a Cape Elizabeth resident who is not a Cape Elizabeth resident will be removed from the race entry database without refund. 
     

General Public Opens Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 7am EST

Online registration open to general public. First come, first serve.

• Limit of 4,000. We anticipate this will fill in minutes.
• Once full, Lottery registrations begin shortly there after - The remaining 1,850 spots will be distributed by Lottery.
• There will be two options for the Lottery:
  • Individual Lottery
  • Group Lottery (limited to 4 members)  
    • Create a Group
      • The Group Leader will Create a Group with a Group Name and Password to share with his/her members.
    • Join a Group
      • Group Members will register as part by entering the username and password and completing their application.
  • Each Lottery application will be charged a per-person lottery fee of $5. 
• Registration for the Lottery will be held from Thursday, March 15, 2012 through Thursday, March 22, 2012.

Lottery Open Through Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 11:59 pm EST.

• The Lottery Drawing will be on Friday, March 23rd.
• Lottery results will be sent to the registrant via email within 24 hours of drawing.
• Winners will be placed on the website.
• IMPORTANT: Winners' credit cards will be charged IMMEDIATELY!
   

Transfers

• The race will allow transfers from Thursday, May 1, 2012 through Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 11:59 pm EST.

Passcodes

• Log onto www.Beach2Beacon.org/Promo to use your promo code.
• Active Streakers will get an e-mail from the race on or about Monday, March 12, 2012 with a passcode to enter. 
• Sponsors and Charities will get an e-mail with passcodes on or about Monday, March 26, 2012.
• Registration for those with passcodes will open on Friday March 30, 2012 at  7a.m, and close on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 11:59 pm EST. 

Kids Fun Run

Registration begins Friday, March 16, 2012 at  7a.m. and closes on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 11:59 pm EST. Kids Fun Run registration will also be made available at the Expo or on Race day.
