Host families provide lodging, meals, transportation, and general support for visiting elite runners and special guests, typically from Thursday evening to Sunday morning.  You are responsible for getting your guest to the Friday morning press conference and the Saturday morning race start on time.  Veteran host families advise that you stay flexible and enjoy your guest.
