TD Bank Beach to Beacon 10k Road Race

MEDIA TENT

The media tent requires 6-8 volunteers who will work alongside representatives of Wolfe PR on race day. Work to be performed includes assistance setting up tables and chairs; finish line spotting and escorting of select runners to the media tent so they are available to be interviewed by media; race results monitoring and gathering; photocopying, collating and distribution of race results to media and elite athletes; and perhaps an assigned WCSH-6 helper.

Volunteers must report to the Media Tent by 7 a.m. on race morning (to avoid traffic) and done no later than 9:45 a.m.
