Once registration closes, a link will be available.
Before July 10th you can contact Registration Support to make the changes for you. After the deadline, we will be unable to make any more changes to the participant database; therefore, you will need to go to the Registration Help Desk at the Packet Pick-Up to make any changes. Please note, shirt sizes are not guaranteed.
No, however you can have them transfer their registration to you. Read the transfer and bandit policies page to learn more.

Transfer/Refund Questions
Yes. The transfer period is May 1 – July 10 – there are NO exceptions pursuant to our Transfer Policy.
You can check the TD Beach to Beacon 10k Road Race Facebook page to see if someone is looking for a registration spot. Be sure to look through comments on recent posts or the page mentions!
Your confirmation number was in your Registration Confirmation email. Please check your deleted items and spam folders. If you cannot locate it, you may request that Registration Support resend your Confirmation Email. Provide your name, email address, and date of birth in your request.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for registration.
NOTE: During registration, you will have the option to purchase insurance for unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending the race due to illness, injury etc. This insurance may qualify you for a refund of your registration fee, however a refund is not guaranteed.
We do not allow registration deferrals.
Packet Pick-up Questions

Yes. You will need to provide the QR code of the participant whose packet you are picking up. All registered runners will receive a QR code in their email leading up to bib pick up.
Bib pick-up on race morning is very limited and you MUST sign up if you would like to pick up race morning. You will pick your t-shirt up at a designated area at the post-race. Check back soon for sign up information.
No. All registrations and race shirts must be picked up in-person at the race expo.
No. Pets are not allowed in the school or banks during packet pick up unless they are a certified service animal.
