WHAT TO EXPECT – TD BEACH TO BEACON REGISTRATION

  • Entry fees:
    • 10K: $65
    • 10K Wheelchair/Handcycle: $65
    • Kids Fun Run: $5
      *plus transaction fees
    • Beacon Walk, Run & Roll: free to enter
    • There will be no COVID-19 vaccine requirement for the 2023 TD Beach to Beacon.

2023 Beneficiary Early Registration – Valo Maine – Access codes: Open March 15 – July 15

  • To register early, you can fundraise for Valo, our 2023 TD Beach to Beacon Beneficiary.

Past Beneficiary Early Registration – Access codes: Open April 1 – July 15

  • To register early, you can run for a past TD Beach to Beacon Beneficiary.

LEGACY RUNNERS – Access codes: Open April 14 – JULY 15

  • Active Legacy Runners, those who have participated in every TD Beach to Beacon to date, will get an e-mail from the race in early April with their unique access code.
  • Registration will open on April 14 at 7:00 am ET, and close July 15 at 11:59 pm ET.
  • These access codes are non-transferable.

  • Registration will open on April 15 at 7:00 am ET, and close July 15 at 11:59 pm ET.
  • These access codes are non-transferable.

CAPE ELIZABETH RESIDENTS REGISTRATION – April 19

OPENS WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19 – 7:00 AM ET

    • Cape Elizabeth Residents registration will be made available at www.Beach2Beacon.org on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • To register more than one entry, you must start a new registration process.
    • Limit of 600.  We anticipate this will fill in minutes.
    • This will be accomplished by a queue entry to allow for a smooth registration process
    • Due to high demand for limited space, we are implementing a controlled queue entry for the Cape Elizabeth Residents registration to ensure a smooth registration flow when registration opens
      • Once you have entered the queue page, you will be able to enter the registration form based on your position in line. However, this could take anywhere from 0 – 20 minutes. Please be patient.
      • PLEASE DO NOT refresh, open multiple tabs or close the window. If you refresh the page, open multiple tabs or close the internet browser, your spot in line will be lost.
      • By entering the queue, you are not guaranteed a spot, but doing so will hold your place in line if/when a spot becomes available.
      • You will be notified if at any time the race sells out.
      • You will only be able to register 1 person at a time. If you want to increase your chances of being able to run with specific people, we highly recommend that each person be present with their own device for the launch.
      • NOTE: Multiple tabs open on the same device will NOT allow for a successful registration.
    • Cape Elizabeth Residents verification:
      • Credit card billing address must be a Cape Elizabeth address.
      • Addresses will be verified by race organizers to ensure Cape Elizabeth residency.
      • Any non-resident attempting to register as a Cape Elizabeth resident will be rejected.
      • Anyone who successfully registers as a Cape Elizabeth resident who is not a Cape Elizabeth resident will be removed from the race entry database without refund.

GENERAL ENTRY REGISTRATION – April 20

OPENS THURSDAY, APRIL 20 – 7:00 AM ET

  • Registration will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis at www.Beach2Beacon.org

  • Limit of 4,500. We anticipate this will fill in minutes.
  • Due to high demand for limited space, we are implementing a controlled queue entry for the General Entry registration to ensure a smooth registration flow when registration opens
    • Once you have entered the queue page, you will be able to enter the registration form based on your position in line. However, this could take anywhere from 0 – 20 minutes. Please be patient.

LOTTERY REGISTRATION – APRIL 21 – APRIL 26

OPENS FRIDAY, APRIL 21 – 7:00 AM ET

  • The lottery closes on Wednesday, April 26 at 11:59 pm ET. The drawing will be held on Thursday, April 27 and selected entrants will be notified by Friday, April 28.
  • Because of the expected high demand, we are implementing a controlled queue entry for the initial opening of the lottery application. All applicants will be allowed in during the application timeframe.
  • Registrants must register one at a time and can join their group under the “Join a Group” setting if they wish to enter the lottery as a group and not an individual. The process for joining a group during the lottery registration is as follows:
    • Group captains will set up a “Group Name” and “Group Password.” Groups are limited to 6 participants. The group captain will be responsible for sharing this information with the rest of the group.
    • When prospective group members enter the lottery, they must select the “Join a Group” option, select their group from the drop-down menu, and enter the “Group Password.”
    • Important: ALL GROUP MEMBERS MUST REGISTER FOR THE LOTTERY BEFORE THE DEADLINE ON Wednesday, April 26 to be considered a group member when the lottery is pulled. Group members cannot be added after this date.
  • IMPORTANT DETAILS
    • Results will be sent to the registrant via email and “winners” will be emailed and have their names posted on the website.
    • Each person is only permitted to enter the lottery one time. If a person enters more than one time they will be disqualified from the event and not provided a refund.
  • Lottery entrants will only be charged if/when they are accepted into the race, NOT upon registration into the lottery. Those who are not accepted will not be charged.

Beacon Walk, Run & Roll – May 1 – August 3

  • Online Registration begins May 1 at 7:00 am ET and closes on August 3 at 11:59 pm ET

KIDS’ FUN RUN – May 1 – August 3

  • Online Registration begins May 1 at 7:00 am ET and closes on August 3 at 11:59 pm ET
  • Parents can also register their children at the Race Expo on Thursday, August 3 (4:00 pm – 8:00 pm) OR beginning at 4:00 pm on Friday, August 4 at the Kids’ Fun Run event.
